Down payment
- Following your reservation, please make your down payment within 7 days.
- Down payment is approx. 40% of the total amount. The exact amount will be shown on the booking confirmation.
- In case of a cancellation, we reserve the right to keep the down payment (see cancellation conditions).
- The reservation is binding only after we receive the down payment.
- The remaining balance can be paid at our hotel in cash, via EC-card or credit card (only VISA or MasterCard).
Cancellation
Unless indicated otherwise, for cancellation the terms and conditions for the hotel sector apply.
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival – 40% of the total amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival – 80% of the total amount
- 1 week prior to arrival – 90% of the total amount
Local tax (not included)
Our prices do not include the Ortstaxe of EUR 2.50 per person per day (16 years and older).

Final cleaning (included)
Final cleaning will not be billed separately if the appartments have been properly utilised.
